Yesenia Rosado
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over six years of experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of challenges. My work consists of helping clients reclaim their lives, which are often hijacked by issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, relationship problems, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, stress management, and life transitions.
Bilingual & Bicultural Therapist
As a bilingual, first-generation Latina, I bring a culturally sensitive, strengths-based perspective to my work and am passionate about closing gaps in mental health access for BIPOC and immigrant communities.
Therapeutic Approach
My therapeutic style is eclectic and grounded in Narrative Therapy, Feminist Therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing—all within a client-centered, trauma-informed framework. I take every opportunity to invite clients to express themselves in ways that feel authentic to them, utilizing artistic expression and other experiential methods.
