  • Social Skills

    This fun, supportive group helps children (ages 3-5) build confidence in making friends, sharing, listening, and handling big feelings. Through games, activities, and guided practice, kids learn important social skills in a safe and encouraging space—while having fun and feeling successful.

  • Self-Harm

    This therapist-led process group offers a safe, supportive space to explore experiences with self-harm, share openly, and feel less alone. Participants are encouraged to reflect on emotions, patterns, and relationships while building insight, connection, and self-compassion. The group emphasizes understanding, support, and healing at your own pace in a nonjudgmental, confidential setting.
