Care Coordinator:
Assists clients with any paperwork needs.
Is the billing liaison to Carepatron, Headway, Holman, Lyra, and other insurance companies for clients.
Assists clients with medical records requests.
Case Manager:
Assists clients who are in the Intensive Division Department.
Assists with reviewing legal paperwork.
Assists with coordinating appointments and any communication with clients.
Assists in Reunification Cases and Complex/High-Conflict Cases.
